Purpose : To lead a team that leads teams of City Builders that connect others to Jesus and the mission of City Church through music and worship.

Position : Full Time

In your position, you will:

+ Lead team leads to develop teams that carry out the mission of City Church audio and visual expression.

+ Set the level of excellence that embodies stewardship and our mission through worship arts.

+ Be responsible for planning, organizing, and spiritually leading multiple worship experiences on weekends and Wednesday nights.

+ Recruiting, training, and building a worship team.

+ Provide needed equipment, software, and resources for worship team(s)

+ Planning and organizing worship experiences to meet weekly time requirements

+ Accomplish any other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

+ Meet weekly with your ministry team leadership for evaluation, development, and planning.

+ Be a model for those who attend City Church by being an example of personal integrity, discipleship, and evangelism.
