Worship PASTOR

FULL TIME POSITION

Join a Jesus movement in Griffin, Georgia by helping develop and lead the creative expression of the mission of City Church to be a Jesus movement that awakens the soul and the city.

You are:

+ Talented and have strong musical experience with keys, guitar, or other instruments.

+ Organized and efficient especially with time management

+ A multi-tasking team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

+ Well educated and experienced in tracks & music software.

+ A learner who is seeking growth and development.

+ A hard worker that is committed to excellence.

+ A strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

+ Committed leader who is willing to work after hours when needed.

In your position, you will:

+ Lead team leads to develop teams that carry out the mission of City Church audio and visual expression.

+ Be responsible for planning, organizing, and spiritually leading multiple worship experiences on weekends and Wednesday nights

+ Recruiting, training, and building a worship team

+ Planning and organizing worship experiences to meet weekly time requirements

+ Accomplish any other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

+ Meet weekly with your ministry team leadership for evaluation, development, and planning.

+ Be a model for those who attend City Church by being an example of personal integrity, discipleship, and evangelism.
